We're currently recruiting for the following positions.
Office Administrator
We are looking for an Office Administrator to support day-to-day administration at our Krugersdorp facility. The role includes purchase order and invoice processing, general administration and paperwork, and coordination support across the office.
Requirements:
- Strong administration and document-handling skills
- Experience with purchase order and invoice processing
- Comfortable with general office paperwork, filing, and follow-up
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Bookkeeping exposure will be advantageous
Sales Support
We are looking for a practical, organised Sales Support team member to help our sales and customer-facing teams with quotations, customer follow-up, order administration, and day-to-day coordination across our mining, rail, bridges, and industrial manufacturing work.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach
- Good administration, follow-up, and document-handling skills
- Comfortable working with quotations, order paperwork, and customer enquiries
- Computer literacy, including email, spreadsheets, and general office systems
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, mining, or industrial sales support will be advantageous
